A good tribute to the gastronomic traditions of Northern Alentejo. You will not want to miss the sarapatel lamb stew or the giblets soup, the shark soup, the lamb with yellow rice, the roast leg of pork, the lamb chops and the asparagus and bread purée (“migas”) with fried spare ribs.
